At present, China has at least two valuable advantages for the development of the shot blasting machine industry. That is: natural resources and human resources. Unfortunately, both of these resources have not been well utilized and grasped, resulting in the loss of many development opportunities. Our country has unique resources for shot blasting machine materials. In 2009, China produced 60000 tons of high-speed steel and 12500 tons of hard alloy, both accounting for about 40% of the total. However, in the same year, the sales revenue of shot blasting machines in China was less than 6% of the global sales revenue, which is a shocking contrast.

The added value of shot blasting machine products in our country is too low. Valuable resources were wasted in vain. In the increasingly scarce global natural resources, this phenomenon cannot continue. In terms of human resources, China's shot blasting machine industry has cultivated a high-quality workforce for decades. Although influenced by the level of industrial foundation in our country, knowledge has become outdated and needs to be updated and improved.

But this step is not difficult to catch up with. Many foreign-funded enterprises have hired a large number of personnel from Chinese shot blasting machine companies. After training, they can quickly adapt to the production, marketing, and service work of modern shot blasting machines, and their performance is excellent, proving the ability of this team. However, due to the long-term production of standardized products by shot blasting machine enterprises in our country, the development and service potential of this team has been wasted, which is a great pity. So, how can we fully leverage China's resource and manpower advantages to push the development of the shot blasting machine industry to a new level?
